Spammed from 084 145 for months - Listen to the music!

Getting spammed 3 times a day, every day from your number (084 145), just playing music when I pick up. I have opt-out from your website, it said I was opt out successfully but im still getting spammed. Today 15-10-2019 I called your call center to get this sorted and the first guy told me that I can't opt-out from these calls, you can go listen to the conversation at 10:06 am. I asked to be transferred to someone who can help me, the second guy told me he would sort it out and he has asked the sales department to remove my number. Even after all that hassle... Guess what I'm still getting spammed. Can anyone at cell c do their job!?
