Spam SMS

Cell C is busy spamming me with their promotional messages with no option to unsubscribe. I never requested for their marketing messages, efforts to get their spam messages removed were fruitless as their consultants have zero knowledge on how to do so. Cell C is ignoring; - Section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (No. 25 of 2002) - Section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (No. 68 of 2008) - Section 69 of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (No. 4 of 2013) (“POPIA”)

I will be taking this further if they do not stop sending me their marketing campaigns and port to another network.
