SPAM ME (AND MAKE MONEY WHEN I OPT-OUT), BUT CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

1. My telephone number is listed on the DMA as not to be marketed to. 2. I regularly receive marketing SMS from Cell C and Bonang from Cell C. 3. Last year I logged several calls to Cell C to stop these marketing SMS. 4. Cell C would then: 4.1 Deny that the SMS are from them - but the SMS states that it is from Cell Cand the number in the SMS is a Cell C number. 4.2 Threaten that if they stop the marketing SMS, I will also not receive business SMS like my account balance. 5. After a lot of complaints, Cell C eventually stopped the marketing SMS, but now it started again. 6. They do provide an opt-out, but this cost me money!!! (So how fortunate for Cell C, they spam me and when I want to opt-out, they make money!!! 7. Opting out, also means that I only opt-out of that "type" os spam, as tomorrow they send me other "types". 8. Today 18 February at 11:08 I logged a call with Cell C and spoke to Zandile. Apparently I failed the security questions and she can't access my account, so she cant stop the marketing calls (which I already stopped last year). So the reason why I "failed" the security questions is that I can't remember on which date and with how much money, I recharged my account. (I recharged last year March? How on earth am I supposed to remember on which day and with how much????)
