I got my Cell C number in December 2020 and I requested online a couple of times to be removed from spam messages and spam calls from Cell C. I have also phoned Cell C many times requesting the same. Each time they promise me that it has been changed, but I continue to receive spam from them. This is becoming so annoying that I am considering moving to a different provider if this is not sorted out now that I have complained publicly.

I have clearly said that I don't want any spam messages or calls from Cell C at all, not for anything!
The extra annoying thing is that standard rates apply when opting out, but it doesn't stop! Why doesn't Cell C just simply say "send us money for nothing in return"
