Dear Cell C,

Please stop calling me, then when I answer theres no answer - this happens 2-3 times a day, multiple times a week. I'm at the point to block my own service provider.

I have no qualms with marketing, however it would seem your marketing are calling to tick box "called" without actually doing the marketing.
