Sorted out Selldirect nightmare

In previous correspondence I posted complaints regarding dreadful service received from CellC Selldirect and their CallCentre. After huge frustration and being upset I have finally been sorted out at the CellC shop in Greenstone. The contract with Selldirect was cancelled after 13 days of non delivery fiascos of my new upgrade phone, new contract done by Sympathy yesterday and Microsoft representative agent Ayanda all at the CellC shop in Greenstone. Not only did they give excellent service but the shop management authorized no charge for my up grade process due to the unacceptable treatment I received from Selldirect CellC. So well done to this branch for sorting out a difficult issue and for sorting out my phone issues. Amira, the manager also deserves thanks for her in put and organising the cancellation of the new contract done telephonically with Selldirect.
