Sooo Disappointed
So I'm due for an upgrade, the item I'm interested in is going for R499. And I only qualify for R299. After so many years ya'll think I'm risky n can't afford 200bucks xtra. Anyways if that's the case can you please terminate my contract. With immediate effect don't want anything to do with cell c.

Oh she also said will call back after an hour I'm still waiting. So I need to know is thar the final solution. Cancelation?

· Advised customer that cancellation has been processed successfully. · He was advised that contract will be terminated on the 02/09/2023.· The customer was advised that the last bill will be debited on the 25/09/2023.
