SONY Z3 DAMAGED SCREEN

I took out a contract by Cell C which had excellent service until my phone front screen shattered and was sent in to Cell C repair Centre, I was told that this phone went to Sony. they did not say it went to an authorized repair centre of Sony... so<br> 1. they **** to me from the get go<br> 2. After 2 1/2 weeks and ME having to phone after everyone's asses I get told the phone is going to cost me R 4500.00 to fix. <br> 3. up till today I have had no SMS nor telephone call to advise me of the phone status.<br> 4. I have 70 pages of Sony Z3 screen complaints. whereby people all complaining of the same stuff, the screen has hair line cracks and when you push on it the screen shatters.<br> 5. I find it appalling that this is the kind of service given to new customers.<br> <br> With regard to my phone still being at SSS in Boksburg no one has even bothered to advise me exactly what is wrong and what happened to my phone, they just quick to say it was manhandled.<br> <br> I use this phone as a business phone and you can imagine the loss of income while no one can get hold of me. I am not leaving this matter here.. Social media is a wonderful stepping stone.... and that is NOT a threat.
