Sony Xperia M5

I bought 3 Sony Xperia M5 phones on contract at Cell C in November 2015. The phones switch off automatically and can only be switched on when plugged into the power supply. We returned the handsets & received \repaired\" phones in January only - still same problem.
I phoned the business department several times (after sending emails), getting promises and excuses and more promises - ref Radebe and Fourie. Cell C cannot cancel the contracts, although they cannot deliver the handsets.
In the meantime we had to buy power banks to start up the 2 remaining phones several times per day, and the handset returned to the manufacturers repair centre? SONY can't tell me if the problem has been resolved on the new batch of Xperia M5's, \"Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused so far\" and more promises to look into the matter (as if they do not know about the hundreds of complaints on gsmarena - by the way, I will NEVER buy a phone again before reading the reviews).
So, following protocol, I've contacted the branch, the branch manager, the manufacturer, Cell C's business department, it's supervisor, now HelloPeter, the next step ICA SA. I lost R21 528 & my patience"
