The m5 is weeks old and shuts down every few minute and needs to be powered on by plugging in a charger. I see everyone is having this issue why don't I have the option to give back the phone and take another phone? Sending it in for repairs and it comes back with the same problem? What are my options as it seems I'm not allowed to cancel and take another contract? Only weeks old...
