<p>Good day, last week Thursday I received a call from Nelly who advised that I have not started paying on my new contract yet as I done an early upgrade, they therefor can reve**** my contract and do a new upgrade, on Saturday I was contacted by Cell C Kolonnade who says my contract has to be cancelled as the upgraded contract already took affect. &nbsp;I still want my money back for paying for something that did not work, worst, can someone explain how the one says this and the other says that!!! &nbsp;I am so tired of this nonsense now, and when you phone cell c no one knows how I can reach Nelly or Thapelo. &nbsp;I have requested the Kolonnade to order the Huawei P8 Max Gold so long, but now await the contract to be cancelled. And the money I have paid????? what will happen to that now????</p>
