Something worst than poor service.

No respond from follow up department My upgrade phone was delivered on Monday 26 October. After checking the reviews on the phone. I was not happy with the phone, and called them the Tuesday morning to come and collect the phone.

After calling 5 times, during that week, I'm still waiting for someone to call me to come and pick up the phone. Each time I called they couldn't pick up that I called 7 times before.

It's now almost a month. It's the worst service ever How hard can it be to pick up a damn fone.
