Someone *****ulently opened a phone contract using my details

Cell c is deducting money from my account relating to a contract phone I did not apply for. According to cell c, someone did the online application using my details. However, the physical address and the email are not mine. The interesting part is that the online applications don't require someone to submit their documents including the copy of their id. I was told by cell c to go to the police station to do the affidavit that the account was opened *****ulently. I submitted all the ducuments to ******** but still no help from cell c. I am very disappointed with cell c.
