Someone that is actually helping

I was planning to cancel my contract with cell c when I thought I will go in store and try and sort out the fact that I keep on getting the wrong phone. Barend has been helping me the last 2 weeks trying to cancel the upgrade as it's the incorrect phone and he is still helping (we don't get much luck with the call centre) but I just wanted to compliment him as he has been following up and actually phoning me back when I have received such terrible service.
