Solving Refund query

After many calls and complaints send to Hello Peter. Eventually, my query is resolved 30/05/2015. I like to salute Dominique van Rooyen the call centre agent . She not only solved my query. She went the extra mile and listen to my plea. She made the refund of R20 to be refunded to my account by consulting with her manager Sydney <br> <br> I am impressed with Dominique attitude. She know how to solve queries and not to get to an argument with clients. She recognised me as a client and treated my query with a good attitude. She is aware of her company vision and image. It is rare that you get employees with the attitude of Dominique. <br> I am glad that she understood my concern and never tried to refer me to any one but took it upon herself to solve the query. <br> <br> I pray that God will increase her in all her good works and elevate her in her career. May the Lord shine His face upon her and be gracious to her.<br>
