Sold data contract and ended up with half the data

Sold 5 GB data to me. was billed for use over 2 GB. enquired and was informed that 3 gb was night surfer. This was not agreed over the phone. Requested to pull phone call. end of story. January requested again, no record of previous request. February followed up again and yet again no record or feedback. Requested to cancel the contract and I had to pay R160 to cancel the ********** contract that Cell C issued. Did so and received confirmation from David that contract was cancelled and he offered 5 GB data free of charge that I could use over 6 months. Still they could not get the phone call pulled or maybe that got it and I am telling the through and they cannot commit that they are wrong as they would need to refund me<br> To date I have not received the 5 GB. what is even worse is that I received an account that I need to pay for March and yet I have no service since January.<br> Business will fall with *********** staff like this, unless they sell ********** contract of course. Do not buy any contracts from Cell C that was offered over the phone. You will end up paying for the duration of the contract and even more. Wish I had the time and money to take them to court.
