Sold a wrong phone

When I was approached by cell C (Riboni) and wanted to interest me on handset I was reluctant up until he told me about the memory the phone had and that it was cheap. He said the phone had 4gig internal memory and 1gig Ram. I was interested as I needed a handset to save and store most of my college items and social music of cause. I decided to take the phone. ( AG ULTRA CHROME). To my surprise when the handset arrived it had no memory let alone 4gig internal. when I phoned cell c they said they will listen to the recording and they cannot take back the handset. I still have not heard from them regarding the matter and I do not want this phone as IT IS NOT WHAT I INTENDED TO BUY. False marketing is not allowed at all as the customer has a right to purchase the correct product which they show interest in. if Riboni had been honest I would not have bought the hand set.
