Software upgrade crashed my phone-Cell C wont help

My cellphone(Z10) in perfect condition,crashed immediately after a software upgrade,never to switch on again.Only noticed a flashing red light when trying to switch on.Under warranty,handed phone to CellC Northgate.Requested to be informed but only received confirmation 2weeks later the phone was delivered to the store.Excited I went through only to be given an unfixed phone-not turning on,which had visible damage after being sent in.The all new famous excuse \Water damage".I was horrified! My phone was in perfect condition & has never been in contact with water"
