Soft Locked Contracts

Dear Cell C <br> I am really unhappy with you. I recently got an additional phone contract from you. In the original instance I wanted the contract locked at R1.00 after the contract bundle was used. The contract was then subsequently swapped to a proper top up contract because once the soft cap was reached the phone couldnt be recharged.....<br> Sadly after all that effort you still managed to sent me an outrageous data bill! I think you think I have an unlimited bank account balance to entertain the stupidity and errors of people who work for you. I feel seriously unhappy that you would do this and I dont like being taken advantage of. I want this matter resolved.... and no I dont want a credit note... I want my money returned to my bank account with urgency.
