Soft lock, unable to access sim

So for the past 2 months your pathetic service has locked my sim and I am unable to receive or make calls. No debits have gone off and I do not see the point in continuing with cell c. However I require my number as I am in the process of seeking employment and how the F@#**** am I suppose to find a job if companies cannot reach me???!!!! How does cell c expect me to pay for a contract if I am unemployed? Please resolve this issue asap!!! All I want is my number ********** 505 to be released. You are welcome to take back the problematic phone which you sold to me.
