So ....... Tired of Cellc

I did a sim swap on cellc but my daughter was playing with my phone so someone took the phone from her and my sim was in my phone so i wanted to do the sim swap again ive again went to cellc in kenilworth but as before they just said they cant do it i must phone customer care. I phoned customer care and they said im failing the security test dont know how see that i already did a sim swap few months ago the customer care did for me. I phoned today again and the customer care said they cant see any information i must go to the cellc shop in kenilworth ill never go to kenilworth cellc course i almost used more than R300 the last time for travelling fair sending me up and down so i need to get my old number the consultant told me i must phone them when im at cellc shop in kenilworth but u know cell is the ....... Badest network ever imagine they send u up and down like a fool the last time i did wanted a sim swap kenilworth sended me to Cavendish squere as i come by Cavendish they said they cant help me so what the .... Must i do to get a sim swap now
