So sick of Cell C truly the worst cellular network

I am on a straightup 400 package with cell c and every month my cellular bill is in excess of R3500 a month,<br> <br> I have requested that my package gets migrated to an infinity package which would only cost me anything between R999 and R1500 per month. A significant saving from what I am currently spending on my contract.<br> <br> I have been requesting this change for more than three months now already and everytime cell c has an excuse as to why it has not been done as yet, In the meantime they are happy to continue billing me.<br> <br> Today I was told that my bill needs to be more than R5000 a month in order for them to move me to an infinity package which is complete ********, They have now moved my contract limit from R3500 to R5000 which means i will be spending more and is not what I requested.<br> <br> This goes against everything the CPA act stands for and I will be taking this matter further. If i do not get a satisfactory response from a manager regarding this contract i will cut this simcard and drop my phone off at the nearest cell c store by tomorrow morning.<br> <br> I'm a client of cell c for many years and have received nothing but *** service from them, Im sure the c in cellc stands for circus!!
