So Pathetic and ridiculous
I have been trying to do a swim swap with cell c for the past 2 days and it has been a total nightmare. Worse part my cell c SIM is working but I need to change it for a Nano SIM. Apparently I failed the security check I don't even know how. There was a question(How long have you had your SIM for?) I mean I've had it for a long time or when we buy cell c SIM we need to count from the date you purchased the SIM, how ridiculous is that?. Another question (How many times did you do a emergency recharge in the last 30 days?) like what in the world is that?. I did a Telkom SIM swap 3 days ago and they gave me no issues, Cell c is horrible to deal with. NEVER EVER do a cell c SIM swap EVER. You'll be wasting your time and surely won't be assisted.
