So much for being a paying customer.
Seriously appalled by the level of service I have received from Cell C. It’s disgustingly disappointing how they treat customers and the level of bullying we have to endure. All I’ve ever requested was for them to contact me back because when I call, they either can’t transfer me, or they simply don’t care.
They don’t even respond to emails, but send you legal threats via text. Ever since I can remember I’ve had problems with a cell c contract. Glad I am finally done with you.

07 Oct 2022, 12:35I have requested statements of my balance and receipt of the final payments but you already handed me over prior. Shapiro Shakes has contacted me three times in one week after I have waited 3weeks for Cell C to respond to me. I sent emails with my contact details instead you sent payment demands via text message & never called me back. I need confirmation that my account balance is on R0.00 and I want a statement proving this. The type of texts that’s been sent and the way the Shapiro people treated my request is really disappointing. You’d swear I never paid and I just wanted communication and a statement from you.
