So Long Cell C
I have stood by Cell C through its bad signal coverage. I have stood by them when they have spammed me on a regular basis. I get no real service from them and the only reason I have been with them is because I am loyal to the service I received from the CEO and his team when I raised alarm over the years and the annual upgrades. However those have now been taken away. After a week of waiting for 2 phones to arrive and having to chase for answers and beg for service I think Cell C needs to know that they are not going to get away with treating people like this. Ignore your customers at your peril especially the fair and loyal ones that have stood by you.

17 Nov 2022, 14:18Why dont you look at my profile in the system? I have upgraded 2 phones a week ago. You have not allowed me my annual upgrades. You have asked me to cancel my one insurance so whilst I wait for Cell C to deliver the phones which they are taking their sweet time already a week, my Samsung 21 ultra is UNINSURED which considering I have been paying for insurance for 16 months this is disgusting if something happens to it now. No one is doing anything to help me get my phones to me quicker or respond to my emails. Would you like any more????

How do you sleep at night knowing that you are treating people like this???? I do not care about me. I can move over to another user I will be fine. However look and read what you doing to the lives of other people. WHY???? DO BETTER!!!!!! Why are all your replies PRIVATE why dont you reply to all these customers transparently? Show me that you are helping them.
