So fu*ken ****ed

I have been a client @ CellC for more that a decade. I have been loyal with them even when they have a shi*ty service. I had a contract with them a business line with unlimited calls. Which I understand I payed around 2.3k a month. I had a change in management and the guy who was in charge of paying the contract left my business. Now I didn't know that this guy left without paying the bills.. but to cut the story short. CellC blocked my line and Blacklisted my iPhone 7+. With NO communication with me. I have had this number for many years now there is a positivity I won't regain the number back. And my business has suffered coz that's how people get hold of me I'm just wondering if this was a white owned business will this be done? I doubt as much. Black businesses will always be @ a disadvantage.

I am willing to pay this amount and have tried to liase with their consultants and people from the shops but I get NO joy. Some of the are so ***********.
