So frustrating

I got a phone call from Cell C sales office saying my data contract has expired, and whether I wanted to upgrade to a tablet. I agreed and they said it will be delivered to me. I thought that sounded to good to be true from Cell C, but gave it a go. I asked for it to come on Thursday the 30th of April before 13:00 because I am a tour guide and dont have an office to deliver to. She said fine, they will phone me before delivery. I waited at home untill 3 and no one came. I then got a call on Monday 4 may saying the delivery is at my house, but I was on tour so could'nt receive it. I asked for it to come friday the 8th before 13:00 and he said sure. I waited all day, it never came. I never once received a phonecall from Cell C. I phoned customer service and they said they cant help, I must phone sales on Monday. I phoned them and they said I must phone the delivery company. This should be their responsibility!? I phoned RAM and they said the parcel has been sent back to Cell C on the 5th. Never once did they or Cell C try and help me with sorting this. I phone Cell C and they said the upgrade has been cancelled. Two full days of waiting around for nothing, and still no tablet.
