So fed up!!!

I have logged 2 complaints with Cell C. <br> One has been outstanding since December 2015 and one since 14 January 2016<br> Every time I call to get feed back.. the response is \your query is being worked on. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours"Gah.. what a freaking joke.<br> <br> The query of December is that my 3gb night time data hasn't been loaded as per my data contract. I want to know why? So how can it take them 2 months to \""look into it\""? I'm losing out on data"
