Received a call at *** - 09h45. We bought this house from Mr S Daniels in February 2015. We also took over his telephone number. Mr Daniels passed away and we are inundated with debt collectors. This person from Cell C phoned and asked if I knew of Mr Daniels' account. I told her that we bought the house and took over his telephone number as well. That is where the connection ends. HER REPLY TO ME : THE CORRECT WAY TO RESPOND SHOULD BE - WRONG NUMBER. WELL SORRY CELL C AND YOUR CLEVER EMPLOYEE, THE CORRECT WAY WAS TO FIND OUT FIRST WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. AND THEN NOT TO RESPOND IN THIS SNOTTY MANNER OF CORRECTNESS. CORRECTING ANOTHER WHEN YOU ARE AT FAULT, IS A FAUX PAS OF NOTE. SO REALLY, IF I EVER HAVE TO DO BUSINESS, IT WILL NOT BE WITH CELL C. HOW IS THAT FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE.
