If there was a zero I would choose that!

My problems started last year. Took me 2 months to get a sim swop when my Sim got damaged. They issued me another damaged sim card after being sent from pillar to post, and had to go through the pain again for another month to sim swap the damaged card they issued me.

These people don't care a damn! Everyone you speak to just has excuses and is nonchalant about the inconvenience caused.

After over 5 years with Cell C, I ended up moving to another provider, with much better service.

I kept one contract with them and now I am regretting it with all my soul!

Now my month to month contract was converted to a 24 month contract with no notification. So to cancel I must pay for a service I won't be using.

I will be cutting all ties with this ******* company.
