SMS from Cell C concerning approval of contract
I received a SMS from Cell C that said my contract was almost approved and that I should call 084 151, option 1, if I had not app****. I called the number and they verified that there was no contract on my cell phone number. Then they wanted my ID number which I declined to give them! If this a marketing ****, I find it in very poor taste! I want Cell C to call me to sort out this matter! Where is my protection under the Consumer's Act?
