SmartData New Packages No callback from Sales Retention Agent

I got a call from a guy called Justin who told me about a Cell C package where I would get 5gb Anytime Data plus 15Gb nitetime data. The catch was that I had to sign a 24 month contract. I responded that there was no way that I would sign a 24 month contract without getting a phone or some device. Justin, then told me that a device is advertised with a modem. Notwithstanding, I said I wanted to check the offer on the Cell C website and it was agreed that Justin would call me back at 16h00. I checked the website and found some information. See attached Justin though did not call me back as promised as the offer was supposedly expiring today. Sadly, I had 2 other people who were keen on this offer who are current subscribers on two other networks! As I am currently paying 99.00 for half of what Cell C is offering I am keen on the offer. Just want clarity of the device issue. As my contract is month to month I am keen on this offer as I am currently reviewing all my contract. Please investigate an advise. Errol ***
