Smartchat - Rather SMARTRIP-OFF

I am utterly disappointed with CellC. Unfortunately I had a weak moment and upgrade my two contract with CellC in May 2015. My beef is the totally pathetic contract I am now stuck with. First Smartchat 1Gb only gives you 25 minutes of call time. I looked at this long and hard and though I could make it work. What the *******S do not highlight is that there is no carryover per month (of minutes or data) and also no longer is itimized billing included, it and additional cost of R21. So far the amount quoted for the contract are also reflecting incorrectly on my invoice, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that that will correct in month 2. <br> <br> Well CellC I will most certainly investigate my options with the CPA for non-disclosure. This will also be the last 23months with this bunch of *******.
