Smart data share not as advertised

I upgrade my data contract to the 20gig smart share data package. It state on the Cell c website that you can connect up to 14 sim to this contract. When I called to activate it. No one knows how it works.

Yes, the multi-data connect service allows you to link up to 14 SIMs .

We'll get a consultant to assist.
