small mistake takes days to correct!

I am waiting almost a week for delivery of my cell phone ,WHY?? because cell c and Ram can not get the address right!! although I have given it to both cell c and Ram over and over again this is pathetic how hard can it be to get the an address right?! the address they have does not even exist ! guess I am in for a another week of waiting till someone takes the correct address I give them everyday and actually corrects it on the system
