Slow performence

This is on behalf of my mother who is an 80 year old pensioner...I have been to the Cell C shop to report that it takes hours just to download anything. You cannot load Facebook and email messages take 20 minutes to come through. I was promised a technician and nothing happened. Branch staff are clueless and if you Google you will see that there are floods of complaints. I want my money back on the data I purchased. I want to deal with someone senior.<br>
