slow internet or no internet

Ive been stuggling for 4years with my network not being able to go on the internet for longer than 5 min or less.ive complained on hello peter and headoffice for 4 years and still nothing is being done.i will not pay another sent on my account before this is sorted and my signal is working 100% im paying over 2000 a month on what?getting angry all the time .if this is not sorted i am going to sue cell c for paying for a sevice and not receiving any sevice ...ive haald enough now you guys are really useless and dont tak care of your customers the way we take care of you guys.i am going to stop my accounts as soon as its tome and will go to vodacom as their internet almost never had a problem .i will not recomend anyone joining cellc in the future.i dont want a consultant phoning me again i want the owner of cellc to phone me personally and sort out this problem.ive still been loyal to cellc up untill now.
