slow internet or no internet

Okey so I've been in contact with you guys ...but the response i get is that you glhave to build a cellc tower?so I'm going to have to take you to court i can not sit with this problem for another 4 years you are selling a service you don't have this to me is unacceptable i ask for a solution to my network problem and you tell me you have to build a cellc tower?so as a client i now have to be happy with that?after sitting with this problem 4 years already.and i want to cancel my contract but i just opened a new contract with you guys for 2 years .this needs to be resolved quickly i don't want the answer you guys give me its unprofessional and unacceptable you cant sell something you don't have its *******.
