Slow data signal
Hi<br> <br> I only get EDGE data connection on my smart phone at home (Parklands, Cape Town area). This speed is not good enough for me to use the internet at home.<br> <br> I pay for HSPA data connection speed or at the very least 3G both of which I do not get. This means Cell C is not providing the service I pay for since I cannot use my phone for internet and half of the time get no signal for calls when I am at home. I would like Cell C to investigate and improve the signal, I don't feel I should have to pay if I am not getting the service.
