Slow data connections

Hi,<br> <br> For some reason everywhere but Centurion has 4G etc. When I was at the customer center in the mall the Manager told me that there is no 4G / LTE for Cell-C but I get it everywhere else. O.R Tambo airport, Midrand Roodepoort all those places give me fast data services. Sometimes I don't get calls because the service is so bad. I have a nice data bundle which I almost never use since its never fast enough. I would like to know why Centurion which is a business thriving community doesn't have these services?
