Slow Cell C LTE speeds no feed back from Axxess in weeks.

Hi All

So I got the Axxess Cell C LTE deal 200GB per month costing me R845 a month now this service was advertised at speeds of 100Mb download speeds. I can see the tower from my house and I'm not even getting 8Mb download speeds the upload speeds as between 80Mb and 200Mb. So Cell C pls. tell me why is my signal so bad? I have logged calls with Axxess about 2 weeks ago and still no feedback the only response I get from them is that they are waiting for feedback from Cell C. I also spoke to a Cell C Customer relations officer that assigned a call with the tech department that contacted me about a week ago and still nothing no feedback no update on my ticket with Axxess but they are quick to send me the invoice for a service that I am not getting. If Cell C is advertising download speeds of 100Mb and I get say 20 or 30Mb download speed I will be happy but this is not even remotely close. I do understand that you need to take the area and surroundings in consideration but come on I can see the tower from my house there is no reason for me to get download speeds of 1Mb that is ********** and false adverti*****t from Cell C.
