slow and bad reception in well populated area

Your service is bad. I missed many calls only to receive voicemail notifications immediately. When i do get connected the connection is weak. It's impossible to read mail during the day. It takes an hour to send an email during the night. You are implicitly killing me. My business needs your service. P please improve this. And may i please not receive a call where i get excuses.
