I have a cellphone contract with cell c. I am in arrears because their system was having problems in April or May. I made an arrangement on the 11th of May for them to debit on the 30 of May the amount I am in arrears and for the new month. Nothing happened dololo. I phoned in beginning of June again to change my debit date to the 30th of each month and for them to take the money I owe due to their system being faulty. I spoke to another agent now 07:45am 01/07/21 the agent said their was no changes made. So how the @#R& must I pay my account if you don't want to debit my money now my credit score will also reflect bad. I pray to God that Cellc goes bankrupt you are ******* and misleading people into contracts. I had a problem with my Fibre aslo. The agent soled me false products or information hiding all the fine detail just to get a client up until today I have not seen my contact. I have canceled it in April it was canceled in May. Then they talk about claws back fees of R2500. Yesterday they debit a 4000k out of my account which I got back. Cell c you are thieving us. I will not recommend you to anyone. Sies!!!
