How ridiculous can you be when I showed you 4 payments I have successfully made to you but I only have 3 contracts... And you refuse to refund me because you debited my account after telling me to pay it via easy pay instead. The agent who called me had a dissppointing tone and I asked to speak to someone else I was told I can't speak to anyone else. Pathetic. He was adamant and I will not tolerate that sort of service from a company I have been faithful for for more than 10 years. I have very disappointed and doubt I will renew my contract in May. Sorry you need to do better.
