my name is Louis K, good day I am writing this as a customer who feels that the cell c is robbing me under false pretences. as I have a cell phone insurance with them and my phone could not charge and I took it for repairs. only to find out that they alleged that they can not fix it because amongst the finding the device was moist inside according to their reliable technicians. so my point of argument is that when they packaged my devise from cell c maponya mall they put it in a plastic. that also could cost the moisture and they want me to pay an amount of +- R700.

your support was helpless as she insisted that it could be that the place I am staying is full of sultry that could cause the phone to be moisturized and led to the damage. however I said but its not my fault as I was told when I took the phone that they don't cover physical damage such as negligence. in my case there was no negligence. I also want to know when one speaks about humidity what happens to people are leaving in Durban as the area is humid to the core?
