These oaks are sinking and people should leave asap. they sinking fast, I paid using their website for the 12GB anytime data + 7GB night time data for R299. The payment went off my account, proof it was paid, but they never allocated me. So i have emailed the CEO customer service and any other person you could think off, with no joy what so ever. I will plaster that wanabe CEO's face all over South Africa and the company that he is supposedly the CEO off. My word bad leadership, goes to show its in the proof, they sinking fast. I want my money refunded, or the DATA allocated, and what is the FULL amount i need to pay to get out of the last contract wit you guys, i paid up 2 this year and ended a LTE one. Just this one left. By 14:00 today. Don't tell me 24 hours or 48 hours.
