SINDISWA T**** NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED

I am writing this on behalf of my neighbor. We want to EXPOSE this agent who works at the cell c customer service. My neighbor has been looking for a paid up letter and had no assistance since July. She finally spoke with an EXTREMELY FRIENDLY but mostly patient agent by the name of SINDISWA T****. My neighbor received her letter after 5 cases were escalated and those ******** agents would just say that they will urge the case. We called and Sindiswa sent an email for us and she put us on the CC, she followed up with us and the paid up letter was sent within 4 days. If Cell C agents were just like this friendly, patient and kind lady . We would be very pleased with Cell C. Because sometimes it's like they help us to get off their backs. I'm going to join cell c because of this experience .
