Since start or roaming, internet connectivity for wireless using customers, down the tubes

Preamble: Cell C responder:-Please read the following text and respond with solutions. Please do not respond to ask what the problem is – as always happens when I submit issues to you via other channels. Issue: Since you have commenced with the roaming on other networks for your customer’s internet access, my wireless connectivity has gone down the tubes. This to the extent that today, I cannot get a connection that actually delivers data this morning – after 2 hours of effort. Over the weekend I have tried using both adapter and Ethernet cable to feed signal into my desktop and I have restarted the desktop any number of times, all to no avail. (I am in Primrose Hill, Germiston GPS: Lat: -26.19045 (S), Long: 28.14899 (E)). I am using a Poynting A-XPOL-0002-V2 LTE antenna and a ZTE 283+MF router (both supp**** by Cell C – see below) but they are not helping in any way in this current situation. I called your Technical # ***5 on 8 Feb. Spoke with a first responder (Kamo) for > 30 mins without a solution being delivered. She “logged a call”. Friday 12th received an sms from *** stating “please receive feedback for case # ***”. No case detail given but the date component of the ref # indicates that it is re my connectivity. To add insult to injury, the sms was immediately followed by another from *** asking “did we do a great job etc etc. Well, Duhhh!!! Of course I responded with a 3 = not satisfied at all (why is it that companies automate their feedback gathering requests on issue resolution without first checking if resolution has actually taken place. As it is my 3 response to that sms will be followed by another communication (maybe – if you care enough to follow up) and I bet that I’ll have to explain the issue from scratch. Back in 2016 I also had connectivity issues which remained unresolved until i rejected one of your monthly debit orders (which led to the provision of the abovementioned booster equipment). Perhaps it’s time to go that route again?

Feedback from my side. Connectivity seems to have stabilised (and I hope that I'm not stating this too early). In my original submission on this case, I stated that on morning of Monday 15th, I had not been able to get a connection for 2 hours. That transpired to be 4 hours before I did at last connect and I suspect that you had issues with your roaming on other networks that in the last week that led to some major hang up and the extended period of non-connectivity yesterday
All of that said, I'm a little bit impressed that at 1203 yesterday i received an sms telling me that you're addressing the query and giving case # ***.Or, I assume that the sms is re the Hello Peter submission. That speed of response is refreshing. But, you have a habit of providing case #'s without any detail and I have two issues with this practice:
1. I've had occasions where I've had more than one query on the go and to simply send a case # doesn't tell me which case it refers to and 2. on top of that when agents have (eventually) phoned they quoted only the case #, can't tell me what the subject is and it, seems, expect me to know. Perhaps another area for improvement?
