since June 2015-2xcomplaints - no resolution

I write on behalf of my parents: <br> <br> I am frustrated at the lack of resolution and professionalism displayed by Cell C since June 2015. <br> Commencing with forcing of a contract on a pensioner, then charging for a contract we said no to and then not clearly resolving the matter after our second complaint to Hello peter. <br> <br> It is drawing to the end of the month and i fear that we may have the same issue - where my elderly parents are being charged for services not rendered. How can this be resolved when communication stops when we ask legitimate questions. We will not allow elderly people to be manipulated over and over!
