SIMWAP NOT REQUESTED

<br> My cell c contract no *** .On the 15th of March I receive an sms from cell c : Your sim swap call has been logged ref no : EDSW -*** . I DID NOT REQUEST A SIM SWAP . I called 084 and I was told there is no sim swap request on my number and that the sms was send to me by mistake. TODAY AGAIN I GOT A 2ND SMS : Your sim swap call has been logged ref no : EDSW -***. When I call Cell C I spoke to Nombuso from client care who told me to call the 086 no that supposed to be on the sms as she can help me.I asked her to transfer me to that 086 no and said she cant .She said I must call that 086 no then cut the call.<br> I had to call client care again and the was a lovely lady who help me she listen to me and check on the system after that she informed me the was no sim swap log for me. Few minutes after that I saw a missed call on my number from ***. I call it and told the lady that I didn't request a sim swap. She is transferring me to someone. I explain my story again. SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE IS NO SIM SWAP REGUEST ON MY NUMBER. WHY AM I GETTING THIS SMS 'S WHEN I DID NOT REQUEST A SIM SWAP. <br> To read OUTsurance's disclaimer go to [URL Removed]
